• Order once placed can't be cancelled.
• You are entitled for a 100% refund if we are unable to fulfill the order by sending you “Download message” by cutoff Date & Time (as outlined in Shipping and Delivery section) and you do not download the product. The refund is automatic and you need not take any further step.
• No refund can be issued, if we send you the “Download message” by cutoff date and time, but y`ou don't download the product.
• No refund can be issued if you download the product irrespective of whether we sent you the message by cutoff date and time or not.
• Refunds from our side are normally processed in 7 days, but, can take up to 15 days. Payment processing ecosystem takes 4-5 days to complete the transfer.
